Serviced Office Video Guide

Back in December I started lamenting the fact there was no coworking facility in Lexington, KY. I was getting rather annoyed by working at Starbucks most days. Mainly I needed somewhere I could comfortably talk on the phone without making the other person listen to Frank Sinatra crooning in the background. Also, I wanted a more professional environment. But I didn’t want an enclosed office so that there was no one else around me working. I wanted to work where there were like-minded individuals who understood entrepreneurship, new media marketing and technology.

So I started asking around. Then I realized the best place to start looking was Twitter. There I found someone mention wanting to start a coworking group. Just a mere few months later, Awesome Inc. opened it’s doors in downtown Lexington at 348 E Main Street, right across from Dunkin’ Donuts (both fortunately and unfortunately). While the hard launch of the space hasn’t happened, and the website is not complete, this Lexington coworking space is looking great. It opens officially on April 15th, but you can see in this video why it’s called Youtube thanks to Jason Falls.
