Serviced Office Video Guide

Chapman Executive Suites in Orange, CA, just east of Long Beach, posted a nice video on their website last month. What I like about it is that they have eschewed one of the hangups many in the industry have and featured every benefit and amenity that exists in their office. Many operators do not want to provide too much information, photos or videos on their website due to the fact they want people to come in an tour. The reality is that businesses do not want to waste time and providing as much information as possible that clearly articulates your brand and its offerings is ideal. It impresses clients and helps them pare their list to avoid time wasters.

On the other hand, as a result of including all information in this video, it is nearly six minutes. My guess is most prospective clients won’t sit through the entire video. That’s not to say that it isn’t effective. It seems that it could be effective.
