Serviced Office Video Guide

I’m a fan of Rofo, a website that lists office space in California for a couple of reasons. They’ve done a great job putting together tools for seekers of office space. It’s top notch interaction. The second thing is that they are actively working with leasors of real estate and encouraging them to create good videos of office space. I’ve included one of their videos for office space in San Francisco as a prime example of what more people should be doing to showcase their real estate.

The general premise I think most people or companies live by is that it needs to be cinema quality work and deftly edited. I don’t believe that’s true. Most people just want to see where it is on the street and get an idea of what the space looks like on the inside. Pictures are great, but video is even better… it provides more visual information. Not only will it get you more phone calls, many times it will limit the amount of wasted time due to calls from inappropriate leads.
