I recently found a different type of serviced office in Los Angeles called Los Angeles Center Studios. While much of the space there is focused on regular long term leases, it offers production office space, for those companies needing short term, turnkey office space. However, looking at the amenities LA Centers Studios provide, it’s quite a bit different than the standard executive suite:

One 4,000 square foot swing stage
Full-service commissary with gourmet catering
400-Seat theater
40-Seat private screening room
Auto detailing
Studio Lounge with WiFi, ping pong, etc.
Free tenant screenings of 1st run movies
An abundance of interior and exterior space for parties and special events, featuring large outdoor decks and private streets with dramatic skyline views
Redundant high-speed fiber optic cable throughout the building, allowing communications bandwidth for live productions, remote direction and editing; satellite communications capabilities on-site
