This video is not necessarily a great video. I don’t know how effective it is. But for executive suites and coworking places on a tight budget, I would highly recommend replicating this type of video. It’s simple. I know what the place looks like; I know what I would do if I were there; and I know how to get in touch. There are a few things it doesn’t have: fancy editing, an interview with the owners or workers, etc. But it doesn’t need it.

It probably took someone 30 minutes to an hour and a half to do, and I bet it has driven some traffic to their website and probably helped close a deal with a client. More companies should consider doing videos like this. It doesn’t have to be highly polished and slickly edited. It just has to represent you or tell prospects what they can expect.
